We believe our class is made of different ‘individuals’. So we focus on knowing our kids before taking any further steps and keep our batch size small to maintain a feeling of warmth and allow better bonding between students and the teacher

We are against the idea of ranking students on an individual basis as it hinders the bond as well as the peer learning amongst them. So we have designed innovative strategies to increase collaboration and peer learning in our students
